On finding inspiration from Netflix’s movie “Someone Great”, I started thinking about how strange it is that someone can know you so intimately; that they can know your secrets, insecurities, flaws, dreams, and fears, yet be a complete stranger who'd walk right past you on the street. I found that funny but really sad too. The juxtaposition of being intimately known yet being estranged intrigued me and so I bought myself [a] box of tissues, dug into some old wounds and wrote 'Stranger'.
